2 tablespoons olive oil
1 whole garlic
150 g feta cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon thyme
2 teaspoons basil
Oven-roasted tomatoes with feta cheese
Reminiscent of "Tiktok pasta" which was trendy some time ago. Here, ordinary tomatoes and a little more spices are used instead. The oven-roasted tomatoes go just as well with pasta as with grilled meat or fish.
Time: 20 min | 2 servings
Set the oven to 220 degrees.
1. Pour some of the olive oil into an ovenproof dish. Divide the garlic in half and place in the mold, halve the tomatoes and place them in the mold.
Divide the feta cheese into smaller pieces and place in the mold among the rest of the ingredients. Pour over some olive oil. Then sprinkle salt, black pepper, basil and thyme over all the ingredients.
Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until the tomatoes have started to get a little color.
Serving suggestions: Serve with cooked pasta as such, for example. It is also good to have alongside grilled food or fried fish.
